Make Your Healthy Goals S.M.A.R.T

One of the most important things I have learned in life is that to succeed in any project or achieve any objective, I need to set goals that will lead to the outcome/result that I desire, and these goals must be SMART

The same thing happened on my journey to lose extra weight, I set SMART goals to lose weight in a healthy way.

These goals were Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant to the objective, and Time-based.

The Goals

One of my specific goals was ti lose 500 grams to 900 grams per week or from 2 to 3.6 kg, up to 4 kg per month. I considered this as the normal, safe, and healthy rate of weight loss according to recommendations by nutrition experts & fitness professionals and also based on various studies & researches.

Accordingly, I researched, studied, planned, put it into action, and adhered to the plan to achieve this goal.

Hopefully, this will lead to achieving the objective of losing 40 kg of my weight within 10 ti 12 months.

Hard work & patience

Even though setting S.M.A.R.T goals is very crucial in your weight loss journey, attaining these goals needs lots of hard work and patience.

Once your SMART weight loss goals are in place, you need to choose the right diet and the proper exercise routine that will help you lose weight.
